We are a veteran owned and operated business, this means we do not function like a typical retail business. If you are rude to my staff I will tell you to go fuck yourself. Their mental health means more than your money. No offence. We have a zero tolerance policy for any ridiculous or entitled behaviour. My team have been instructed to not reply to any emails that are time wasting, stupid or tracking questions when all the information is contained in the tracking system in this menu.

Our goal, is to treat customers like family, not to take shit from strangers :) we will bend over backwards to help you out. Unless you've lived under a rock you'll notice that the world is still in the grip of a pandemic. Logistics is rooted. But we do our best.

All orders are shipped out in 2-5 days depending on location and product type. We have THREE warehouses and ship over 600 orders a week to 12 countries. We have a team of six. Yep, we are THAT good. To save time we triage emails using our advanced sorting system. 

Please read all product descriptions and our FAQ page BEFORE emailing us. Otherwise sit back crack a beer and enjoy the wait on your order. The shipping gods all work on island time these days.
